Return and Refund Policy:
Returns:
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your payment issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Shipping Policy:
We offer standard shipping on all orders within India. For orders outside India, additional shipping charges may apply.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. For remote locations, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within India. We are unable to ship to outside India.
